A Long-Term Relationship

It’s great to do a project for a new client – you learn an awful lot about them very quickly and it’s all very exciting and stuff. But, as Granny always said, a one-night stand isn’t a patch on a long-term relationship, dearie. At Replay, we’re as traditional as Granny. We like really long-term, close, warm relationships with our clients. And there’s none closer than our relationship with ‘a global management consultancy, technology and outsourcing company’

Guess how many projects we’ve done with them? Ten? Fifty? Not even close. We’ve done over 100 projects together, which must be some sort of record. Like a relationship, we’ve had to build up trust over the years. From nervous, fumbling beginnings, we’re now a trusted partner. What does this mean? Well, we’ve written keynote presentations for their CEO and their International Chairman. We’ve produced something like thirty films, and a similar number of eLearning pieces, for every industry area they operate in, in every continent they work in. But it doesn’t stop there – we’ve done every type of media you can possibly think of, and some you probably can’t – interactive, print, design, web, copy, above the line, below the line, internal, external, large scale, small scale, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health. We do an awful lot of communications consultancy for them. We’ve co-sourced teams for their consultancy clients where our people work alongside their people for months at a time. We’ve learnt a lot from them, and they’ve learnt a lot from us. It’s the perfect partnership.
